JOB TITLE: Facilities Maintenance Specialist Advanced

DEPARTMENT: Facilities Management

APPOINTMENT PERCENTAGE (FTE): 100%

ANTICIPATED START DATE: March 2019

SALARY: Minimum starting salary of $16.55/hour

JOB DUTIES

Under the direction of the Building and Grounds Supervisor this position is responsible for the mechanical systems maintenance of the campus. This will include maintenance of heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems, water softeners and inspections of building and life safety equipment. Minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry and other miscellaneous repairs may also be assigned as needed. This is a 2:00pm to 10:30pm Monday through Friday shift while school is in session. When school is not in session day shift hours can be worked from 7:00am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday.

SPECIAL NOTES

The minimum starting salary is $16.55 per hour. The hourly rate for this position is negotiable based on experience and available budget. A six-month probation is required.
