Information Manager *Extended deadline
Under the general supervision of the Director of Financial Aid, this person will serve as the functional lead for financial aid related systems including, but not limited to, the PeopleSoft Student Administration system and ImageNow system. This challenging position is a blend of student financial aid functional knowledge, technical expertise, and business analysis skills.

Minimum / Required
- Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and related work experience equaling 4 years
- Minimum of 3 years experience with a relational database system
- Some knowledge and understanding of financial aid-federal, state, institutional
- Proven knowledge and skill with a report writing tool
- Experience using the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions software, especially as it relates to Financial Aid
- Experience with PSQuery (or related SQL query experience)
- Documented knowledge of Financial Aid business processes
- Experience working in higher education/student services
- Experience using an imaging system
- Documented experience working with business process improvement
Under the general supervision of the Director of Financial Aid, this person will serve as the functional lead for financial aid related systems including, but not limited to, the PeopleSoft Student Administration system and ImageNow system. Responsibilities include maintaining the financial aid module of PeopleSoft and maximizing the use of existing software tools to meet federal, state, and institutional financial aid requirements. This position is also responsible for testing and troubleshooting software bundles and updates, and performing the annual software set-up. The position is a blend of student financial aid functional knowledge, technical expertise, and business analysis skills. This position will also be responsible for developing and implementing complex reports and queries on an as needed basis. Serve as the Financial Aid Office liaison for technical issues that involve the IT department and software vendors. There will be an option for occasional telecommuting after a significant training period.
A group of twelve individuals who pride themselves on working hard on behalf of Stout students. We are a team and help each other out and back each other up. We are comprised of veteran financial aid staff and some that are newer to this challenging and meaningful work.

The UW System provides an excellent benefits package including participation in the Wisconsin State retirement plan. The annual starting salary for this position is $62,000.
