SALARY: $19.00/hr minimum
This position coordinates the application evaluation process for freshman applications and must have a working knowledge of UW System and UW-Stout policies and the ability to interpret and apply policies as they relate to admission decisions. This position must possess the ability to work independently, set priorities, think logically, and exercise good judgement in making decisions. Additionally, this position requires exceptional attention to detail and technical expertise with student information system and document imaging, as well as MS Office Suite. Excellent communication skills are required to communicate with staff, prospective students and parents, and high schools.
- Working knowledge of desktop hardware and standard business software programs (e.g. word processing, spreadsheets, database, email) in a windows environment is expected to include the Internet.
- Minimum of a high school diploma and 3 years of administration office work experience or an associate or bachelor’s degree

- Previous experience in Higher Education
- Working knowledge of student information systems (preferably PeopleSoft) and Imaging Systems (preferably Perceptive Software) and willingness to learn new technology.

The normal work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
The starting salary is $19.00 per hour. The hourly rate for this position is based on experience and available budget. A six-month probation is required.
