JOB TITLE: University Services Associate 2

DEPARTMENT: Graduate School

APPOINTMENT PERCENTAGE (FTE): .75

ANTICIPATED START DATE: February 2019

SALARY: $14.25 or higher depending on experience

JOB DUTIES This position functions as receptionist, general office manager and general clerical support for the Graduate School Office. It serves as the Recording Secretary for the Graduate Education Committee’s Curriculum Meetings. MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and PeopleSoft are used to manage, enter, create and track information.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum
    • Two (2) years or more of office or administrative support experience
    • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Adobe Acrobat and the Internet

  • Preferred
    • Post-secondary or related administrative training
    • Three (3) or more years of experience as office or administrative support
    • Experience with PeopleSoft, Hyperion, ImageNow, CRM (Salesforce), EMMA or other email marketing service, and Qualtrics

Menomonie, Wisconsin, is a town of 16,000 located in the beautiful Chippewa River Valley, 25 miles west of Eau Claire and 60 miles east of the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and Saint Paul.

SPECIAL NOTES

This is a full calendar year position, 30 hours per week.

The minimum starting salary is $14.25 per hour. The hourly rate for this position is negotiable based on experience and available budget. A six-month probation is required.
