The Customer Service/Verification Associate will provide customer service to students and families and will complete verification of financial aid applications in accordance with Federal financial aid regulations and departmental guidance and procedures. This position serves as the face of the department and is knowledgeable and friendly in disseminating financial aid information to future, current, and past students.

- Familiarity with Financial Aid programs
- Using PeopleSoft and ImageNow to review financial aid documentation and process changes as appropriate.
- Working knowledge of desktop hardware and standard business software programs (e.g. word processing, spreadsheets, database) and the Internet.
- Bachelor’s Degree

The normal work schedule for this position is 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
The minimum starting salary is $15.42 per hour. The hourly rate for this position is negotiable based on experience and available budget. A six-month probation is required.
